Product Warranty Coverage

Veya products are crafted with intention, care, and premium materials. We stand behind their quality.

Covered under warranty:

• Manufacturing defects

• Structural or functional failures under normal use

Warranty period:

• 6 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page

Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

• Improper storage or handling

• Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality

How to File a Warranty Claim

Please email hello@veyababe.com with:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos or video

If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
