Refund policy

At Veya, we believe ease is sacred. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right, simply, clearly, and without friction.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is unworn

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • All original components, accessories, and inserts are included

For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Skincare and wellness products once opened or used (e.g. collagen masks, silicone pads)

  • Products marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloads

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item:

  • Return your original item (if eligible)

  • Place a new order for the replacement item

This allows us to ship quickly and maintain inventory accuracy, especially during high-demand launches.
