At Veya, we believe ease is sacred. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right, simply, clearly, and without friction.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is in its original packaging

All original components, accessories, and inserts are included
For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Skincare and wellness products once opened or used (e.g. collagen masks, silicone pads)

Digital products or downloads
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or video of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item:

This allows us to ship quickly and maintain inventory accuracy, especially during high-demand launches.
